Ian Mynot, Director and founder of AFCC

Ian is a seasoned compliance professional with experience of leading large teams in the public and private sector, and working with major industry participants. He spent 20 years of his career in government and law enforcement in the UK, including roles at HM Treasury and the National Crime Agency, which included a 3 year period as Head of the UK Financial Intelligence Unit. He then moved to the private sector where he undertook roles such as Global Head of Investigations and Head of AML/MLRO. He has deep experience in AML, investigations, intelligence, and transaction monitoring.
